Join Integrate You for Sounds & Colors of Gratitude, a spiritually directive, sensory-rich morning designed to draw you deeper into intimacy with God, right along the water in Newport Beach.
Come as you are. Let yourself be gently led through soaking worship, breath and prayer, and a guided Art Sozo experience for a few hours where gratitude stops being just a word and becomes something you can feel in your body by the time you walk back into the day.
You will be welcomed with warmth, something to drink, lite bites, and soaking worship led by a music therapist. Then we move, slowly, from rest into color: a Spirit-led dialogue on canvas, with live music in the room, so you can step past the noise of the mind, receive God’s heart, release what you’re carrying, and give thanks with your hands. Art Sozo is not an art class and not about technique. What you make by the end of the morning is less a project than a testimony of what happened when your heart slowed down enough to be with God.
You’ll leave with a renewed heart, completed canvases, and a deep grounding with Him to carry into the end-of-the-year season.
No art experience necessary. Bring a mat, your favorite journal and pen, and anything that helps you get comfortable on the floor for breath and prayer. Paint aprons and all art supplies are provided.

The Art Sozo Retreat Experience will be guided by Integrate You Co-Founders, including Ps. Lisa Roseman, MTS, who brings over 15 years of experience leading Sozo Freedom Ministry sessions and equipping Orange County churches, alongside Emma Rose Klinger, MA Clinical Psychology, an Art Sozo Certified pre-licensed therapist serving at Journeys Counseling Ministry, who integrates inner healing with emotional and trauma recovery. They will be joined by locally renowned music therapist Natalie Rodriguez, MT-BC, MSW of Multifaceted Music.
Together, they will weave sound, breath, creative expression, inner healing prayer, and gentle reflection to support your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being as you step into the end of the year.
