Let the Integrate You journey begin!

Person looks over a horizon at dawn looking to start a nature journey

Do you ever feel a quiet yearning for more integration in your journey toward well-being?

Perhaps you've explored traditional therapy, found solace in spiritual practices, or sought guidance on your path from both. Yet, something still feels missing. A sense that who you are in your soul — heart, mind, body, and spirit — are being treated as separate parts, when in reality, they crave holistic care that intricately weaves it all together with your faith, into the wholeness of who you are.

At Integrate You, we understand that yearning. We believe that lasting healing, well-being, and flourishing emerge when we honor and intentionally connect human knowledge of evidence-based practices and insights from the behavioral sciences with the depths of divine wisdom facilitated by spiritual direction.

Our Mission: Guiding Paths toward Holistic Wholeness

Welcome to Integrate You, a space born from a deep conviction that a whole-person approach is the most powerful path toward breakthrough healing, growth, and purpose. Our mission is to empower holistic healing and healthy living through collaborative spiritually integrative care, coaching, and consulting from psychologically trained practitioners and theologically equipped pastors

Our team works directly with individuals and partners with faith-based institutions and integrative professionals. As a nonprofit, we're dedicated to fundraising for program research, development, and implementation across various communities wanting innovative faith-based integrative care.

How It Started: From Personal Healing to Shared Vision for the Global Church Healed!

Integrate You began as a collaboration between an aspiring clinical psychologist and a seasoned spiritual director. On a summer night in a church parking lot in 2020, Pastor Lisa M. Roseman, founder of Sozo Freedom Ministries, met Emma Rose R. Klinger, then a soon-to-be clinical psychology doctoral student. Emma Rose shared her curiosity about inner healing prayer as a spiritually directive practice, especially as it might support her own trauma healing journey. Pastor Lisa offered a "Sozo" inner healing prayer appointment, and a powerful bond formed over their shared desire to support trauma healing.

Weeks later, Emma Rose experienced a breakthrough shift during their session, feeling attuned on all levels — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — as she encountered God in what felt like a divine “empty-chair” intervention. Flashbacks that had lingered for over 15 years dissipated effortlessly from that point on.

Sunlight breaking through the dark horizon

This integrative healing breakthrough fueled a personal academic pursuit as she felt it was time to follow a calling God put on her heart for years to transition from her six-figure career in management to pursue an education as a clinical psychology student. Hence, Emma Rose embarked on a Clinical Psychology PhD with a Master of Divinity program at Fuller Seminary, and she discovered there were very few studies regarding this impactful spiritually directive intervention, particularly for trauma healing. Collaborating with Ps. Lisa, along with experts in the fields of integration, trauma, and inner healing at Fuller Seminary, Emma Rose dedicated her dissertation to bridging this gap. Specifically, developing an evidence-based model that brought together spiritually integrative psychological care with spiritually directive inner healing prayer interventions for a faith-based holistic approach to trauma treatment.

With Ps. Lisa's support, they developed and co-facilitated an innovative, spiritually-oriented, attachment-based, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy with inner healing prayer for religiously/spiritually committed Christian college students.

What's more, Ps. Lisa's deep desire and prayers she had over an 8-year period came to fruition, to see this kind of integrative work offered at Vanguard University (her Master of Theological Studies alma mater!), which was the first campus to host the group!

Through this experience, Ps. Lisa and Emma Rose witnessed firsthand the transformative power of combining spiritually integrative psychological care and spiritually directive inner healing prayer. The promising preliminary results led to approval for further study with more participants.

This powerful collaboration culminated in the co-founding of Integrate You International in December 2024 in order to formalize the research and development work of bringing evidence-based spiritually integrative psychological care together with spiritual direction. It also supported their pursuit of grants to continue providing their research clinical services at no cost, with compensation given to participants of the experimental study.

The trauma-focused group therapy research has now expanded in partnership with Journeys Counseling in Southern California, to be offered beyond Vanguard University for all California university/college students this upcoming Fall 2025!

Our vision is a world where mental, emotional, and spiritual health are fully integrated — where individuals and communities experience deep healing, wholeness, and resilience.

We believe this work will support holistic healing for the global Church!
